About Diane

I’ve been facilitating the growth of people professionally for about 25 years, but in reality, it’s been in my DNA all of my life and expressed through all of my life experiences.  My appetite to understand why we do what we do is limitless and my desire to pass along what I learn matches my desire to learn.

My tag line of Thrive explains what drives me.  Thrive defined:

: to grow vigorously : flourish
: to gain in wealth or possessions : prosper
: to progress toward or realize a goal despite or because of circumstances

My hope is to use this blog to share cool stuff that I can contribute to helping people grow, be very prosperous and in spite of how hard and complex it may be,  find peace along the way.  There is unique potential that lives in all of us.

As a lifelong facilitator of personal and professional growth, I am passionate about being of service to others – leaving the world a little better off than I found it.

As an executive coach, I am inspired to support leaders who are making a difference in the world with their businesses.  Helping them be the best they can be indirectly benefits a whole lot of other people.

I also enjoy working with emerging leaders who will some day become future executives and are inheriting a complex world that demands strong leadership.  They are quick studies and I learn a lot from them!  And I have a keen interest in supporting women leaders – there are still too few at the top, and the road upward is still pretty rigorous as women too often lack role models and enough support systems.

Lastly – at the core of my world is my wonderful family who are the reason for me being able to thrive and who  have taught me the true meaning of love!
